Dolcas Botanosys has state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located in pristine, pollution free environment about 20 Kms from Bikaner (India). This unit can process more than 500 Tonnes of raw herbs per annum for superior quality standardized herbal extracts. Our cGMP compliant part is versatile enough to process any herbs & botanicals by a unique low temperature, short-contact process thereby avoiding thermal degradation. The resultant extract is much superior and richer in active ingredients.

Warehousing & Expansion:
We have our own stores for warehousing raw material as well as finished goods. Care was taken against pest-infestation by chemical treatment during foundation construction. Furthermore, Dolcas Botanosys facility is spread over 7200 Sq. Mtrs. with adequate space for expansion whenever needed. A nursery is planted at a later stage for experimental cultivation of rare medicinal plants.

An installed capacity to process 200 Metric Tonnes of input material per month in our continuous extraction plant and 100 Metric Tonnes in the batch extractors secures consistent supply. The manufacturing process is supervised and monitored by a team of highly qualified professionals with hands-on experience in herbal extracts domain to ensure products of consistent quality.
